Underpinning System:

Installation of a custom underpinning system to reinforce the building’s foundations and stop further settlement.


New Light Deck:

Integration of a lightweight concrete deck system to replace the existing heavy slab, improving overall structural stability and performance.


Stormwater Improvement:

Redesign of the site’s stormwater management to prevent pooling and foundation weakening.

Final Outcome
